Pediatricians will recommend switching to whole milk at age 1. However, we would most definitely recommend a toddler formula if your child is not eating a completely healthy diet. The typical diet of children today consists of carbohydrates and very little vegetables or healthy whole foods. A toddler formula will aid in competing your child's diet so she can be sure to receive the nutrients her body needs.
We do not recommend however, using a sugary drink such as pediasure. These types of drinks are mainly used for gaining weight & are full of added sugars, preservatives and very little nutrition for your child.

These growing up milks are suitable for kids ages 1-3 years of age. They are meant to compliment a solid food diet and typical kids will drink 6-12 oz, 1-2 times per day. It is best to not allow your child to fill up on formula milks and always encourage healthy eating habits.
Always feed growing up milks in a sippy or big kid cup as sucking on a bottle can lead to teeth decay & growth restrictions.
